I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were average at best but the service was exceptional. The location was convenient, offering proximity to major attractions and amenities, although the dining left much to be desired.

The rooms were in need of improvement in cleanliness, but the staff was sweet and accommodating. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

The staff members, from bellhops to housekeeping and front desk personnel, were all very polite and cooperative. They made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

The location was great, with a mega mall right across the street and an array of restaurants and shops nearby. The accessibility to everything was a definite plus.
